Shipping Policy

Card Penguin charges a flat rate shipping cost of $10 to all orders in the United States (50 States). This covers all packaging material/labor & shipping costs associated with sending out your order as quickly and safely as possible!

All "Ship Now" orders, domestic and international (excluding pre-orders), typically ship within 24 hours of payment. "Open Live" orders typically ship within 24 hours of being opened on stream.

For pre-order and back-order items, please see the item description for more details and shipping times.

Pre-order and back-order purchases will be charged to your payment method immediately upon purchase.

 

Orders can be cancelled before shipment, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the final transaction is made.

Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we will do everything we can to make it right | support@cardpenguin.com

International Orders Outside the U.S.

Card Penguin currently only offers international shipping by request.

If you reside outside of the United States, please contact SALES@CARDPENGUIN.COM before attempting to place your order. These inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis, meaning we may not be able to accommodate or fulfill your order this time. We are constantly working towards offering built-in shipping solutions to more of the world so we can further share our products with you!
